Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lifepathz account and associated data from inside the iPhone app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open LifepathzSign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open SettingsGo to Account, then choose Delete Account.
  3. Review and confirmFollow the confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What deletion covers

Deletion is intended to remove your authentication account, content stored under your account in Firestore and Cloud Storage, and local Lifepathz data on the device, including goals, journals, tasks, reflections, and synced attachments. Limited records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting Lifepathz does not cancel an Apple subscription. To cancel, open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lifepathz.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@lifepathz.app from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before completing a request.
