1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Lifepathz (“Lifepathz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the Lifepathz mobile application or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Important wellness disclaimer
Lifepathz is a personal productivity, wellness, and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong and is not a diagnosis or treatment. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to these Terms where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account.
3. The Services
Lifepathz may provide path planning, milestones, tasks, journaling, reflections, media capture, reminders, AI-generated coaching, emotional-pattern summaries, and other tools. Features may change as we improve the Services.
4. AI-generated content
AI responses are generated from the information you provide and may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice or as the sole basis for an important decision. You are responsible for evaluating and using any output.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Certain features may require a Lifepathz+ auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. The subscription title, duration, price, and any introductory or free-trial period are displayed before purchase and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation.
- A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- If offered, unused time in a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Apple handles billing, refunds, and cancellation under its terms and applicable law. Deleting the app or your Lifepathz account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the goals, journal entries, recordings, images, videos, notes, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate, protect, and provide the Services you request, including sending necessary text to an AI service provider when you use an AI feature. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, legal, and security retention.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break the law; harm, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others; infringe intellectual property or privacy; upload malicious code; interfere with the Services; probe or bypass security; scrape or reverse engineer except where law expressly allows it; circumvent subscription controls; or use the Services to generate unlawful or seriously harmful content.
8. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. You may delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. See Delete Account for instructions. Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel an App Store subscription.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, achievement of goals, or preservation of all content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifepathz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Services. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version, change the date above, and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
